• Role: Lead Salesforce Developer
• Contract: Employment contract
• Location: Katowice

We’re looking for Regular Salesforce Developer to join a team in Katowice. The Company you’ll join have offices all around the world i.e. Netherlands, United States, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Brazil. They help other companies to grow by providing Cloud connectivity solutions, mainly using Salesforce.

You will responsible for:

• Taking the lead in defining the roadmap for Salesforce development;
• Developing solutions on the Salesforce platform;
• Building a Salesforce Center of Excellence -defining processes and best practices;
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs;
• Analyzing and defining improvement areas in the systems;
• Coaching less experienced team members.

If you:

• Have a least 5 years of experience in programming in Java, .NET or some other object-oriented back-end technology;
• You have very good skills in HTML5/JavaScript/CSS
• You know some JavaScript-based front-end framework (preferablyReact);
• You have solid experience with relational databases and SQL;
• You worked before with programmatic (Apex) and declarative approaches to Salesforce customization (nice to have);
• You have a Salesforce Administrator/Developer certificate;
• You have very good understanding and working knowledge of software design patterns
• You are excited about the DevOps culture and the Agile mindset;
• You have an excellent understanding of software development lifecycle;
• You speak English at least of B2 level
