- Salary: Up to 11 000 PLN gross/month Perm
We are looking for Support Analyst for the company offering complex track&trace solutions for big manufacturers that provide the assurance of the authenticity during the whole production lifecycle of the luxury goods (tobacco, pharma, spirits, sportswear, etc.).
You’ll be responsible for the on-site Second-Level Support of the company’s product for one of the biggest players in the tobacco industry and you will provide help with the whole product-implementation process (installation and set-up, participation in the test process, writing documentation related to the user guides, global help-desk).
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with Support Team managing mobile application 2nd-level support
- Supporting remote and on-site implementation process
- Analyzing logs/traces on Windows systems
- Participation in the testing process
- Writing technical documentation related to user guides
- Global help desk
Requirements:
- Solid experience in application support
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Internet Information Service
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)
- Experience with Windows environment
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to select appropriate monitoring tools and investigate logs/traces on Windows systems
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel from time to time
- Very good English skills, Russian is a plus
